Regula E. Dequesne joined Huber Partners AG in 2017 after already working in the company on project basis in the past. She learned the business from the partners and travels with her father Walter Huber to work with the clients. Since a few years she is in the process of taking the business over from her father and gains firsthand experience on succession planning in the process.

Previous work experiences include positions as Operations Manager for a Private Equity Fund in London, COO for two Hedge Funds in Singapore and consumer-market research in China.

After bachelor degrees in both Business Administration and Chinese Studies Regula completed her academic studies in London with a MSc in International Management for China at SOAS, University of London.

Regula’s great affinity for Asia and its cultures also manifest itself in her language abilities: Besides German, English and French she also speaks and writes fluently Mandarin. During her academic studies she gained practical experience in various internships and short-term placements in Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore and China. By the end of 2017 she completed her studies of the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Afterwards she trained as a Sachbearbeiter Treuhand and Mediator.
